Vitamin powdered supplements? Other advice ?

Hi

I need advice on powdered Vitamin supplements that you can add to Water or liquids. I cannot take any more pills and am not getting my fluids and Proteins in. Calcium is huge pills I bought and then I got liquid calcium and it tastes like chalk, I gagged on it. I've been in emerg twice in 2 months since surgery with dehydration. I can eat now little bits of food so Im good with that but am really need Vitamins. Sometyhing I can add to fluids.

There is a product on the market you can try. Its called Cal EZ. I don't know whether or not it would fit your criteria, but it is something you can mix in. You can always have your calcium levels measured to check on whether or not the product works for you.

Bariatric Advantage makes chewable calcium as well as calcium you can dissolve in liquids:

For something very different and not involving your mouth at all, PatchMD makes calcium Patches you wear on your skin, as well as different multi-Vitamin patches:

@@lealor Here's what I use and both are very tasty. The Vitamins (order online from Unjury) are chewable and taste like sweet tarts. The calcium (bought at Walmart) tastes like a dreamsicle (orange/vanilla). Hope you find something that works for you.

i have the Bariatric Advantage chewy bites and they are pretty tasty and easy to eat...
