Congrats. I have my 3 month in a week. My surgeon has been away so a bit behind . Can't wait for my results . I am hoping to get to 63 kgs. Not sure how much that is in pounds.

63kgs is amazing! It's a lot of pounds!
Great job!
Sorry I should have said that 63kgs is my goal weight!

Sleeved on May 26, down 48 pounds as of this weekend. Just took out a bunch of clothes from the "doesn't fit" closet and put it in my official closet! A few pairs of pants are still a teeny weeny bit tight in the tummy, but a week or two should fix that. It's such an amazing feeling to bring out the clothes I saved but haven't actually worn in years!

Sleeved on 5/18. I am down 60# so things are going good. Made it to Onederland in August so that is my big achievement.

One thing I have noticed is that I can easily get in 900 calories now. I actually find it surprising since I don't think I am eating that different from July. ????. Got to work on the exercise more though. ????

4 month anniversary of my surgery today! I don't have a total down or inches because I am on Vacation in Chicago! Hope I can lose a little on this trip and go back with a loss! I have been busy enough and running 2 miles each morning in the beautiful weather!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
