I was sleeved April 23rd and have pretty much had a steady decline with the exception of one stall. I have started running and lifting weights, I am still only eating around 750 calories a day and all of a sudden a gain 1.5lbs. Maybe TMi, haven't gone #2 in a week, getting all my Water. What am I doing wrong?

I think you answered your own question. Perhaps some Miralax is in order. Your weight will vary a bit from day to day but you aren't going to have a sustained weight gain at that calorie intake level.

I ate around 800 until 9mths in but I always got between 75 - 100 gms of Protein & I've never been constipated.

The human body can easily hold 5 lbs of poop. Time for Miralax or Milk of Magnesia.

Yeah, you need to poop. I'm always amazed when I weigh myself before and after I poop how much the scale goes down. Between a half pound to a pound. Gross. LOL.

One other thing to consider... I usually gain 1-1.5 pounds when starting my period. Then I lose it again after the cycle is done.

If that doesn't work try drinking a cup of coffee I know this sounds wierd, but it works for me. If neither of these things work then I would make an appointment with either your surgeon or PCP.

I do that if I eat to much salt too because for whatever reason I retain Water very easily (always have). But my first guess would be the poo thing. You'll be amazed how much better you feel. I'm speaking from experience here.

Sounds like a poop issue but you also mentioned weight training...muscle weighs more than fat....just tossing that out there!!! Keep up the good work!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
