Hi May Sleevers. I have not been on for awhile. Can't sleep tonight and decided to log in. I was sleeved May 12. Almost going on 2 months. I'm down 41 pounds. I'm so happy about that. I had to buy all new clothes. Very excited. I wish everyone luck

I was sleeved on 5/12 and I'm in Onederland!! I'm so excited!!

Congratulations to both of you! Keep up the good work!

How much weight has everyone lost?

I was sleeved may 26th and I'm 6 weeks and a few days out. I haven't been able to exercise at all due to the lump I've had on my left side which has been so painful from the start and I've been told not to exercise till the pain has gone.

I feel like this has slowed down my weight lost. I still walk when I can.

Pre op diet 274

Day of surgery 267

Today 232

Total of 42 pounds.

Feels like it should be more!

I was also may 26 and have lost 48 lbs...I think you are doing great ...we are doing great! As long as the scale is still going down I am happy!!! I may start adding some light weight work to my walking routine to start firming up my jiggly arms. Lol

@Pamzie I have lost 24 pounds since surgery on May 20th and think that's good. 42 is a lot. I went for 2nd check up yesterday and Nut said I'm doing fine and doctor wants me to add a snack, so go figure.

Has anyone been reading the topic "Fat related routines you won't miss" on here. It is hysterical.

Had my surgery May 26 - a complication had me going into the hospital to drain a big bubble of blood. Gross! I have been out of the hospital for 3 weeks now. I have trouble getting in all my waters and Proteins and have little energy. My Vitamins were making me throw up so had to rework them. I was 243 and I'm now 214 - wish I felt good enough to enjoy my slimming body. Any tricks to getting in the Protein and Water. I did find a pre-made shake Premier - 160 calories and 30 G of protein. I just want to feel like myself again!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
