I am 5'2" - at my heaviest I was 210 (size 18/20)- had surgery on June 16, 2014 my weight was 196. I was about 175 in August and 150 in November.

Now almost a year out I'm down to 128 (size5/6) - my goal is 125 so I'm almost there!

My only regret is the thinning hair...........but loving the short cut now that it is summertime.

I am 5'1 and started out around 250... I'm not sure what to put my goal weight because in the past I did get down to 170 and really liked the way I looked... so I'm thinking at 150 I will LOVE the way I look!

So for now I have a few smaller goals... Under 200, 170, 150... once I get to 150 I will look at my body and how I feel to determine what weight I should aim for.

I am 5'2 and originally I had my goal at 115 but I am pretty muscular and always have been. I've always played sports and even now workout 6 days a week. I am currently around 120 and it was hard to find a full body picture. But here's one of my husband and I at the Super bowl and I was 125

Did you have a lot of excess skin mahickmore

I still have a tummy, but doesn't "fold over" just a bulge - looks like I'm expecting in about the 4 month range!!

My upper arms and thighs are doing that "crepeing/sagging" thing.

But since I am almost 60 so don't think it will go away unless I go the plastics route and not doing that as it would be self pay. And honestly doesn't really bother me that much.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
