Snack ~ 1oz Bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion Chips

Lunch ~ 3oz Parmesan Meatballs :smile:

Snack ~ 1 Slice of Provolone Cheese

Dinner ~ Spaghetti made w/ Barilla Plus Pasta (and more meatballs :wink2:)

B- 3/4c reduced sugar Cinnamon Toast Crunch dry

L- 3/4c turkey taco meat with shredded cheese and salsa

S- 2 turkey rolls (1 slice meat and 1/2 slice cheese each)

D- 3oz swiss chicken and 1/2c peas

S- slim a bear klondike bar

b- 2 sausage kolaches

l- slice kashi flatbread pizza

s- veggie spring roll

d- 2 smoked BB ribs & 1/4c cucumber - watermelon salad

b-1/2 piece ww toast w/peanut butter

l-1/2 c general tso's chicken

d- 1/2 apple gouda chicken sausage, spoon of chicken taco salad

s-cookie dough ice scream --1 small scoop

youngest sons 5th bday!!

D- Red Lobster snow crab legs kid's meal, I ate all the crab, 3 bites mashed potatoes, 1 bite cheddar biscuit and 3 bites of apple crumble a la mode

S- 50cal Jack Link's Beef Nuggets pack

S - 15 tostedos bite size chips & salsa (125 c)

L - 16 oz broth from bean Soup (150 C)

S - popcorn (100 C)

D - 5 oz filet migon - 1/4 c ww Pasta - 1/2 c spinanch (475c)

S - Fudgecicle (100 C)

      Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
