1 month out, nauseous and retching

I am one month out and on pureed foods. This week i have been nauseous when looking at my food or certain smells. Anytime I eat a bite a few minutes later i am gagging and retching. feels like a lump at lower chest/pouch area. I am able to swallow meds, and water ok , just the food. Is this a stricture or something? Feels like morning sickness, (i am on my period now) where waves of nausea hits at weird times, like when i was loading the washing machine. No appetite to eat. Thinking of just drinking my protein shakes. advice?

I'm 6 weeks out and I started that same mess about 3 weeks ago, my tummy just doesn't like foods or odors on different people

Smells have been a problem for me since the second week. Things like spaghetti or fried chicken are enough to make me lose my lunch! I don't have trouble, it seems, with simple things like plain meet or veggies cooking, but if there is a blended meal, casseroles and such, I can't deal with it.

Just yesterday I felt awful enough to go back to Clear liquids for the day. I am not quit four weeks yet.
