Hi, I'm new here!

Hi,

I have not been banded yet but in the process of getting all of my appointments together to get the ball rolling. I am looking to get some honest information and real life experiences from those that have already been banded. Any advice you can give would be great! :girl_hug:

I had lows .

I had lots of highs .

I ate a few food a few times that did not help me lose.

I learned to know that there is such a thing as mealtime not just one big long meal.

I am so happy now.

pm me if you have any specific questions
