Pre-Op Food Ideas

Hey everyone, I'm 5 days into my pre op and am finding it hard to come up with ideas.

I'm restricted to 3 shakes a day plus 250 calories of low glycemic vegetables.

I find myself making a lot of salads. I made cauliflower rice yesterday and that helped but I need some new ideas.

Any one have any suggestions ?

Thanks !
