Hi,I'm just getting started. My lap band surgery date is 1/15/15. I'm excited and nervous. I've bought enough shakes to stock my fridge as well as the fruit chillers that were recommended by my dietitian. I've been approved by insurance so now I wait. My sister had the procedure done a little over a year ago and looks amazing. My weight has always been a struggle for me. Lose 60 gain 70. It seems to happen effortlessly. I'm so ready to be able to run for fun again.
