I would LOVE to do a group email or have a text buddy or 5 or 10! Support is so important. I will try to respond to everyone with my info. I wonder if we can do a group message here? This is a little hard to navigate.

I have to do full liquids for 6 days and Clear Liquids for the last day before surgery. Bought some Isopure Protein drinks from GNC today. I hope they taste good. 40g Protein in one bottle.
