Pinch me... am I dreaming?

Today November 13th is exactly a month of being sleeved. I can't believe I am down 30 lbs. I feel so much better and can't get past the thought that this is actually working. I have been on many diets as many of you on here have, but I never had these results. Please tell me that the weight will continue to come off as long as I keep doing what I am doing...which is following doctors orders.

I lost nearly 30 in the first month. By 6 months i had lost nearly 100#. It took me to 14 months to lose 150#. I lost the last bit over an extended period of time while "in maintenance". Some lose faster, some lose slower... the important thing is to keep working the sleeve. Maintenance is basically the same game as weight loss.

Thanks @@CowgirlJane I'll have to keep in mind that maintenance is basically like the weight loss phase. You've done wonderful. Thanks for sharing your info this helps with my confidence.
