How tall are you and what is your goal dress/pant size?

Recommended Posts

I started out wearing size 22x pants (tightly) and am down 41 pounds and wearing size 18x pants (comfortably.) at this point my goal for clothing is just to be solidly out of the plus sizes.

I was 6ft at one time They say 5 10 now. I'm hoping to get to a size 12. I don't think I've been a 12 since I was 12.

I'm 5'7" & 139 pounds. Currently a size 4 which is pretty much where I want to be. I have a few more pounds to lose, but I don't suspect that will change my clothes size.

I am "5,7" and broad shouldered and full chest. So, I am right now the sizes I am currently in are 16/18/20 lol I say all three of those sizes because it depends on the brand and style. I am a defiantly a size 18 in pants. Yes, I want to loose fifty more pounds but I don't have a set size I want to get down too. I have never been a small girl so to think of an ideal size I am completely lost.

Very similar to me. I'm 5'7, broad shoulders, wide ribcage and big boobs. I carry my weight proportionally well but I've been overweight my entire life. In my adult life the largest size I have been is a 24 the smallest is a 16. I'm currently a tight 18.

My goal size is 8. My sister is 5'4 and wears a size 4 but she is petite like my mom whereas I'm muscular like my dad so I'm confident I'll look fantastic as an 8.

Wow, so excited to hear that you are continuing to drop pounds. Did you experience many stalls? I hear so many people that struggle to get to their goals. So impressed that you are losing so well. Do you have any tips? I have been heavy for 25 years, so it is hard for me to imagine myself getting info 6 or 4 sizes. Just wondering how you did it so "easily" ( I know it wasn't easy but you appear to have done so many things right!!)

I am 5' 4" and am currently in an 18. I wore a size 14 when I was 14/15 yrs old and was back there for a few months about 5 years ago (at 210 lbs), so my goal is to get down to a 12, though I would LOVE an 8 or 10. I don't know what weight that would work out to.

5'10 52/F

Sw 303....October 2012....size 24

CW 220...size 14/16

Goal : size 12!

My high wt was in 2001@ 390, size 34. So in the big scheme of things I've come a long way. Trying to stay on track and drop 20 more lbs. it gets much harder as time goes by.

I'm 5'6" and I'm wearing about a size 12/14. My goal was to be in a size 12 by fall/winter and I've reached that. I bought one pair of 10 slacks. Every brand is different so it's hard to go by a size. I want to be comfortable in the clothes, no matter the size!

Hey y'all! I'm new :D I'm pre-op (surgery scheduled for Nov 20th) and I'm 5 foot 8 inches tall. In high school I managed to lose 70 lbs by starving myself and exercising two hours every day (I don't recommend this to anyone), and the attached photo is what I used to look like (dressed for a cotillion ball). I would love to get back to this size, it is my ultimate goal. I was a 6-8 US street size, and I felt beautiful. Good luck to everyone!!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
