2 month stall - I gotta do better!

Recommended Posts

This is a fear for me. Those cravings are worse for me when I have PMS. It seems the older I get, the worse it gets. I usually snap out of it after a few days and go back to my healthy eating. I am due for surgery on August 26th and I cannot wait. At least I can have sugar free pudding and pops as a snack. I think that will help me with my sweet tooth, I hope.

At least you know what the problem is. Let the cravings go and go back to the basics. You will see the scale move then.

I think that my stall has definitely been broken. I'm 10 pounds less than when I started this thread! I gave up the pastries, which wasn't hard at all...they almost make me feel sick to think about eating them now. I tried to give up the pretzels, but still eat them every now and then. I've mainly gone back to just Protein and salads.

The down side? The size 16 pants that I bought last month are now getting too loose. Guess I'll have to go SHOPPING! Might just wait until the next 10 pounds come off first though.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
