Vacation after Gastric Sleeve Surgery

It's getting close and I am nervous and have major headaches being on the prep phase of only Protein Shakes and broth!

I'm having Gastric Sleeve July 9th and leaving for a 9 day vacation in California August 1st, we are flying there.. We will be busy the entire time.. A lot of walking.. Does anyone have advice for me.. I would appreciate it.. I really don't want to change the surgery date. I been waiting for this for a long time.. Thanks in advance!

Best of luck on the 9th!!! (My husbands birthday is the 9th & he is a Navy Gulf War Vet). Please tell your son we thank him for his service!
