PA - Pittsburgh!

Hi Everyone! My name is Carol and I will be leading the Pittsburgh Chapter. I look forward to meeting my fellow Pittsburgers and getting to know all of you!
I had my Sleeve surgery on Dec 19, 2013 and I LOVE it. I am currently down about 57 pounds. My personal goal is to lose between 80 and 100 pounds when all is said and done. I had my Surgery at McGee Womans Hospital by Dr. Carol McCloskey.

I will be working on getting a space for us to meet in the next couple of weeks. If you have any suggestions, please let me know! I want to make myself available to you, so you can email me at cmb73@live.com if you have any questions that you might not want to post here.

So....where is everyone?!

So glad to see some activity on the "Burgh Board"! I hope everyone is doing well and will continue to update this thread. I am officially 3 years out and dealing with about 5lbs of regain. I will always be a work in progress.

Hey Lorie!!!!

Glad to know you are doing well. 5lbs regain is nothing when you think of the statistics of weight regain. Yes, I know 5 lbs can lead to 10lbs can lead to more, but don't be too hard on yourself. I'm proud of you! Now, if you can only tell me how to get rid of the last 30lbs I am holding on to! I guess I should be happy that I haven't lost. My PCP tells me that my body might just be telling me this is the weight I belong at, but I'm not buying that.
