Hello everyone just had a question for all you out there. So I had my sleeve done in November 2013. I have lost 80lbs so far and I get about 70-80 grams of protein a day and my 64oz of water too (I have days here and there that I might not hit my marks but most days I'm good) my question was if any of you have suffered from dizziness? A few months ago I had an episode where I was sitting down and got up and the whole room was spinning and like everything turned dark for a second. I just stood there and then I was fine. I thought maybe I got up to fast. Then a few weeks later it happened again but worse while I was taking a shower and I literally almost passed out. But I had had a couple of days of not getting all my water in and I was under a lot of stress, my mom even said I was pushing myself to much and that my body was losing weight fast so I needed to slow down. It's has been about 2 months since this has all happened and I have been fine making sure to slow down and get all my nutrients in. But last week I started with like pressure on my forehead and if I'm bending over and get up I have to wait before I can walk cause I get a little dizzy(nothing like before so I'm not sure if it's even related). I take all my vitamins too so I pretty sure it's not that. I have an apt with my nutritionist and surgeon next week and I'm going to mention this to them. I just wanted to see if this had happened to anyone.
Thanks
