  1. Thank you everyone!! so awesome to have this support on here.
  2. I never had them before. And my blood pressure is good. I'm almost thinking it has something to do with my inner ear. But idk. Thanks and God Bless you too!
  3. Hello everyone just had a question for all you out there. So I had my sleeve done in November 2013. I have lost 80lbs so far and I get about 70-80 grams of protein a day and my 64oz of water too (I have days here and there that I might not hit my marks but most days I'm good) my question was if any of you have suffered from dizziness? A few months ago I had an episode where I was sitting down and got up and the whole room was spinning and like everything turned dark for a second. I just stood there and then I was fine. I thought maybe I got up to fast. Then a few weeks later it happened again but worse while I was taking a shower and I literally almost passed out. But I had had a couple of days of not getting all my water in and I was under a lot of stress, my mom even said I was pushing myself to much and that my body was losing weight fast so I needed to slow down. It's has been about 2 months since this has all happened and I have been fine making sure to slow down and get all my nutrients in. But last week I started with like pressure on my forehead and if I'm bending over and get up I have to wait before I can walk cause I get a little dizzy(nothing like before so I'm not sure if it's even related). I take all my vitamins too so I pretty sure it's not that. I have an apt with my nutritionist and surgeon next week and I'm going to mention this to them. I just wanted to see if this had happened to anyone. Thanks

  17. Love to hear everyone's stories. I am 8 weeks as of today and down 40lbs and feeling pretty great. I had a stall at around six weeks which was discouraging but I know it's part of the process. I am able to tolerate pretty much anything. Still learning on eating slow though. Here is my progress this far :
