Cant get out of the 80's !

Omg, I have been going up and down like roller coaster with this weight. I am stuck at 185.3 and don't know how to get down.

I have been drinking the shakes, exercising and more !

Does anyone know a way I can change this ?

Am I stuck in the 80's for good ?

I am beginning to believe my body doesn't want to be skinny :(

Me too! I lost the first 55 pounds real fast. Now that I have hit 177, my weight keeps bouncing back and forth to 180. If I gain anything overnight, it takes two weeks to lose it again. I am doing all the right stuff: logging, measuring, exercising, very low carb, Water til my eyeballs float, Protein at 70-80. Oh well.......I will hang in there. One of my sisters had a lap band this time last year, and she has done so well that she is unrecognizable now. I would love to get to that point where if I run into one of my former haters and they would not know me. Just for that one evil experience I will stay with the plan. I can't wait! :D

Glad to know that I'm not the only one still struggling. I am hoping that my weight will go to the70's this month....it's been 2 months in the 80's....continue to stick to plan and will check in next week to see how everyone is doing

I got out of the 80's to be stuck in the 70's! It gets harder the closer you are to goal I guess. I'm trying to do everything right. Exercising everyday, all the water I can drink, increased protein, etc etc. But even stuck at a number, it's better than where I started. Discouraging yes, but we got this!

The close to the finish line, more patience and faith are needed, that as for sure.. I am running a little short on patience these days, though. Lol. These last 10 # are torturous !

Ok everyone....I have finally hit 179 on my digital scale. My other scale shows 3 pounds less but I go by the digital. Over the past week I have upped my water to 64 ounces. 1 protein shake per day and one protein per day. Had rib eye steak. Less than 20 grams of carbs and it finally worked. Lost 2.8 pounds. I am so excited to see the 70's
