  2. Ran out of time before work yesterday. Goal was 165, weight yesterday was 167. Didn't meet that goal but did buy size 10 which was my original surgery goal. Even when scale don't move the inches do! Thanks for these challenges! Can't wait for next one

  9. Nurse here. We often use wrist because it's a large reliable vein, but if swollen or painful or hot to touch it's infiltrated and needs to be removed!
  10. For me the point was I'd spent way too many years failing at diets. This has given me a great gift. A tool to help me. At the end of the day, it's no magic pill or quick fix. I still watch what I eat. I have regained control of my life and what I put in my mouth. It's been a true miracle for me. Almost 100lbs gone. 6 months out. And I know it's up to me to continue to be successful. Good luck to you! It's a huge lifestyle change for sure but worth every second!
  11. 166.6! Might just make goal

  13. Prunes have been my answer. Just in case anyone that subscribed to this still has trouble. Now go every day to every other day. Only thing I had to do different was eat them. Lol. Don't particularly like them but after 3 a day for about 3 days, went for first time in 9 days and have been goin ever since. Good luck guys

  16. You look absolutely beautiful! This is my first challenge I've done. Been afraid of not making goal but this time I felt I needed some motivation to break this stall. Thanks for all the time you take to do these challenges. Goal met or not, I'm in!

  18. 170.0 today! Hopefully this stall is over
  19. 173.6 today, been bouncing between 173-174 for a month. Stalls suck! Lol
  20. I work L&D, took 6 weeks. Surgeon said was the minimum he would allow because he knows how us nurses are and I'd be doing things I shouldn't. Lol. But I too needed a minimum of 3 to get good energy back. Take your time off and be good to you for a change
  21. I got out of the 80's to be stuck in the 70's! It gets harder the closer you are to goal I guess. I'm trying to do everything right. Exercising everyday, all the water I can drink, increased protein, etc etc. But even stuck at a number, it's better than where I started. Discouraging yes, but we got this!

  23. Me too! Never really feel thirst but force drink anyway it's tough but weight loss slows if water consumption falls, so we do it anyway.
  24. My doc doesn't want his pts to ever go there again. My nut said it just leads to other bad habits. I'm 6 months out and if I want so etching different I have dt snapple. I'm afraid it'd be a bad idea for me to start. It's already hard enough to get water in and it's all I drink....
