Getting hang of it.

I think I am finally getting the hang of feeling full.Its like my stomach gets a little burning and I know its time to stop. Also can anyone keep taking sips all the time? Except half hour before andafter meals?

Struggled and had to walk a lot to move it. I've found cordial helps, and deep breathing but gas is still hanging around :/
