Hi Had my gastric sleeve last Wednesday. Finding it very hard to consume 60g of Protein Drinks per day. Will it better? Also, any suggestions for liquid multi-vitamins?

4/2'er here. Not doing bad on getting in the Protein but dont think I have lost a pound. My belly looks bigger than pre-surgery.

Hi

On my 12th day post surgery. Still having a problem with consuming 60g of Protein. Feeling extremely tired... Cannot swallow the large Centrum...crushing did not prove very appetising. Had my staples removed this morning- not too bad. Starting phase 3 of diet- tired of too much milk. Had some spinach with soft potato- quite nice. Going to have some scrambled egg. Hope it goes down well. Anyone else in the same stage?
