I can't see of feel the difference in myself until my friend put this comparison picture together for me?! This 110% boosted my day and made me realise there is progress and I'm not even aware of it! Happy loosing one and all ????

It does take some time for the mind to catch up with the body! At 10 months after being banded, I am finally not looking in the larger sizes first out of habit. Now I just know to head for the single digit sizes. Even my feet are smaller! Crazy!
