hi, I just had my surgery on feb 18th and I am having trouble increasing my protein intake, I have been doing the thinned yogurts, skim milk, protein shakes/mixes, but it doesn't seem like I am reaching my doctors goal of 60-70 grams per day. When I drink anything, it seems like I am only drinking 1 to 2 ounces at a time, maybe not even that. I do feel tired all the time but the doctor said it was normal because of the diet I am on. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions that may help "up" my intake??
