 I have a request, that everyone take the time to fill out their profile & or update them, it just makes it easier if you are requesting advise for the responders to have that information. Also interesting to know if you are international or which state of our own country you are blogging from! If you want to be private just enter the state & skip the city or origin. Thanks!

Joanne, so many newcomers are young and they utilize Ipads, Iphones, Galaxy, Kindle Fire etc. It's impossible for some of those smart phones and devices to enter that info. I used to make the same request till I signed on with my Kindle one day. But I agree it would sure help.

I can't read the italicizes fonts unless I'm on my iPad where I can stretch the next, and then sometimes still can't! On the iPhone, forget it.

I'm going to make another suggestion too--that if you start a thread about something, come back a week, a month, whenever later and let us know how everything played out. Thank you!!!

I only access this forum from the app on my iPhone. I have tried clicking on someone's user name but can't ever seem to find the 'ticker' that some refer to that tells me someone's surgery date, pre op weight, current weigh etc. is it not possible with an iPhone?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
