I didn't use this facility in MX, I used another facility in Tijuana and although they are different from the U.S., it really was a pretty good experience. Very nice hotel, medical facility (mall) was very small but clean and decent. Overall, it was a good experience but I have to admit that I did wonder what would have happened had there been any real complications.
