Loved Dr. Alvarez! I had a great experience. I had my surgery 3/01/13. Wish I would've done it years ago.

Nice to meet you. I'm from Payson, Utah close to Provo. My sister and I had the Sleeve done in March of 2013. We went to Mexico for our surgery. Best decision Ever!

Ok so I think the OP is right (not really), I mean after you have such a weight loss you are more likely to go parachuting. So you now have a greater chance that the parachute won't open. Or you have such an increase in your sex drive you might work (enjoy ) yourself to death. No it might be you slip and fall as your climbing Mt. Everest. Then again its gonna happen as your bungee jumping. Really would you have taken these risks before losing all the weight. Probably not! But heck so worth it! Live it up and BS to the 18 years off your life!

Great stories... So happy I am not the only one who lied!

So all my life I have lied on my drivers license about my weight. Yesterday I was looking at my license and it hit me BAM I'm under the weight on the license! WOW its a first ever! ~~~happy dance~~~ Also don't judge me because I lied.. I'm sure I'm NOT the only one who lies on their license

Kaleen, you rocked your surgery. I seen you walking and being so supportive to the others that were the same day or the next! You would always give them words of encouragement. Way to go!

I'm a March sleeve. Very Scared! I know that it will be for the best but I worry about all the what if's. My husband is not really on board with this. I feel like I need to do it for ME! I have read so much on here over the last few months but this is my first post. All of your posts have been so rewarding to read. Thanks for all the information! I look forward to sharing This journey with others!
