Well, let's see...

B: coffee w/ cream

S: 12 Almonds

L: leftover BBQ boneless skinless small piece of chix thigh (anyone else have trouble w/chix breast?) and 1/2 cup grilled squash

D: some spinach salad and 1/2 cup Pasta w/olives and artichoke hearts with chunky Tomato sauce

S: 1/2 cup strawberry and honey Protein shake

S: 3 bites dark choc cake

looking back, I think I have way too many "S" 's! I am up till all hours and I can't imagine having just one snack! Is this wrong? My stomach literally growls at me! Any comments are greatly appreciated considering I am still very new at this. As you can see, I have a problem eating meat...it doesn't go down!

That's a great day of eating Bosteph. YUM!

I'm a week out so I'm in FULL liquid HELL lol but today I had:

3 cups of milk

1 FF Fudgsicle

1/2 cup cottage cheese

Protein Test Tube

Applesauce cup

for a grand total of 775 calories and 64g Protein. All in all I'm pretty full between that and drinking my Water. But MY GOD am I craving a hot dog!

I didn't' know full liquids includes applesauce and especially cottage cheese. Do you thin them down so you can drink them? What about the curds in the cottage cheese?

Yesterday:

2 weetbix with banana for Breakfast

toasted cheese sandwhich and some grapes for lunch

canneloni and salad for dinner

2 glasses of white wine.

So far today:

muesli with natural yogurt and pureed fruit for Breakfast

left over canneloni and salad for lunch

half a Crunchie bar (well Eliza didnt want it so what could I do :nervous )

dinner is going to be pizza as we have a friend who wants to repay Doug for helping him with some tax stuff so said he'd come round and shout us some pizzas. Groan. I dont even like pizza and I'm pretty sure I wont be able to eat it after my last fill. I'll make a salad and perhaps just eat some of the toppings off one piece.

I had a Slim-Fast for Breakfast, a chicken enchilada with green chili for lunch, and a piece of baked fish and some green Beans for dinner. Oh, yeah, I also had a few bite-size fig newtons earlier. Not too bad, I guess!

Connie, watch the fig newtons close. I remember a while back one of the guys ate a couple of them and really got sick. I think the combo of the cookie dough and fig filling turned to glue for him in his little tummy!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
