Any tips for vegetarian/ vegan sleevers?

I am really worried about how much hair loss I am going to experience, especially because I won't be eating much protein.... Any tips? Is the hair loss worse than when you have a baby?

Are you able to speak to your nutritionist about this?

There are a lot of protein powders that are vegan (e.g. pea protein) which has just as much protein per serve as the non-vegan competitors. Maybe you could use something like that to get your protein up?

Even those who are meat eaters can lose their hair, but usually, this only happens in the first year and it thickens back.

Definitely make sure you talk to your nutritionist! And I hope you like Beans and hummus, because you need Protein to heal and get through this! I am not a vegan, but I do eat a lot of vegetarian foods. I have added Protein powder to the top of veggie burgers and then covered them in salsa so I don't notice the powdery texture. After a few months, we should be able to tolerate nuts too, which will help us both with protein.

Good luck!! :)
