Sleep Positions

I had my surgery 5 days ago. I slept on my back the last 4 days but last night I fell asleep on my stomach. Is this allowed ?

I was able to sleep on my stomach at about a week out, so I'm sure that as long as it's not uncomfortable for you, you're okay. Just wait til you lose more weight though..I'm having a very hard time sleeping on my stomach, what with hip bones and all!

Trust me, no one knows the hip bones are there except for me! It's only when I lay down and the loose skin/fat mushes around that they become annoying!

A Dr. Ren patient! I had originally made my appointment with her, until she stopped taking my insurance. Janeen (jla78) was banded by Dr. Ren, I hear she's wonderful.

She accepted my insurance. I have Oxford Freedom. As a matter of fact I was really surprised that it was so. easy. I went in for my initial consultation on July 8th and I had my surgery July 18 - only 10 days later! It was initially scheduled for July 25th but someone canceled for the 18th and they asked me if I was interested.

As long as you're comfortable and it's not causing you pain, you should be fine .
