Anyone try these yet? The entire line is 0 cal/0 carb - they've got everything from jams to mayo to dips to salad dressings. Even ketchup! Anyone have feedback??

Aw, bummer! I'm nowhere near having any of them yet but I'm trying to look into all this stuff now so I don't set myself up for a disaster later down the road! I was wondering what the heck is even in them to make them not have 0 cals/0 carb!!

I have only tried the salad dressings and like most of them, it also helps that they have packets you can carry with you out to eat.

I bought a jar of "Peanut spread" last week for hubby who is on Atkins Induction (thought since it was 0 carbs, he could snack on it with celery). Blech. Couldn't even get past the spongy consistency. $5 wasted.

I've also tried their pancake Syrup. It's also icky.

Look carefully at the serving sizes on things that claim to be zero. Often the serving size is a fraction of what you would actually use.

I've had the chipotle ranch and thousand island dressing.... Both taste good. Here is the label for thousand island. It does have sucrolose and xantham gum which I believe are essentially sugars though it's state 0 sugar on label per svg

I bought the zero calorie Peanut Butter and is awful. I thought I would use it up in energy bars. Copied a recipe out here for "No Bake Energy Bars" (Chewy Bars)

1 C dry oatmeal

1/2 C chocolate chips

1/2 C Peanut Butter

1/2 C ground flaxseed

1/3 C honey

1 T vanilla

Mix well & roll into ballsi

I use the Honey Dijon Salad Dressing. I love it. Walmart carries it.

It's nice that they are zero calories, fat and carbs. But in order to be that way, it seems like they have a lot of chemicals. I'm staying away from them for now. I have used some in the past with mixed results as far as taste.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
