*September Sleevers Check In*

Recommended Posts

Since the new update, I've lost all previous post. How are you guys? Ok I will start! Sleeved Sept 25, almost 2 months out. I started at 373 pre-op, 363 day of surgery, 327 as of today for a total loss of 46lbs. 36 not counting pre-op. I can move better and breathe better! I had a stall, but upped my calories for two days and it helped get through the stall.

Hi! I was sleeved on sept 27th. I lost a total of 36lbs since the sleeve (51 if you count preop)

I'm doing ok, but my Protein and Water intake have been rather bad this week :-( very bad....

And I'm a bit concerned that I'm not eating enough variety. All I eat is basically cheese and Greek yogurt. I do have some ham or chicken here and there. But I won't go a day without yogurt and cheese. I feel that I have completely lost my imagination and creativity for cooking up meals :-/ like I just don't know what to make anymore....

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
