I keep forgetting to do this. But my stats from last week are below. I'll check in tomorrow when I do my w/i. I'm doing ok. I have to be really careful though. I am finding that i can eat a bit more than before. I still have a good amount of weight to loose. and I'm NOT exercising. Sigh... having the WLS was great coudln't be happier, But as we all know, it's just a tool. We have to do the work.

Reporting in today since I missed posting last week. I've hit a milestone and I am so grateful and happy. Today I've hit the official 100 pound loss mark from my HW!!!! So excited. Still have a way to go to make it to TPG, but this feels so good!!!!!

I've not been eating as clean as I should, snacking a lot, started working and snacking is my worst enemy. Lord willing by September end, I'll get officially out of the 60's, cuz it's been almost two months and I'm up and down. Will reset my eating habits and c what happens, I can tell that my tummy is able to handle a cup of food now as opposed to the barely anything a few months ago, scary, but I pray I can get control of this snacking. Also still having swallowing problems but I'm plugging onward, nothing else to do. But continued successes to you, my fellow December friends:) you all are doing awesome still!
