I was a 42 F and mine are down to a size 34 DD. It is mainly from loose skin. The air was sort of let out of them. Which is good and bad - they are no longer heavy, but they hang to my stomach sometimes. God bless my husband - he loves them no matter what!

Even if you do go down, more than likely they will still be perky!

I would disagree! If you have giant boobs now, most likely they will deflate into tube socks and pretty much hang and defy gravity! I was a 42G and I have so much hanging skin from my blogs I have to wear a 32F. Once you lose the far and muscle in this area it's not much you can do.

Omg you have just confirmed my worst fear! I'm a 42H right now and before I got fat I was a 38ddd. But no hanging skin. Isn't there anything to do to prevent at least a little bit of the loose skin!

She said she's a 42B... So I was saying that even if she looses some boobs and becomes an A they will probably stay more firm because they are smaller

My doctor said there was nothing I could do to prevent it. I exercised, still sticking with the plan. Ohh my butt deflated as well and I start getting this horrible tailbone pain. No one really told me that it was a common issue, but it is. It got so bad I had to get steroid injections in my tailbone. I have to sit with a seat cushion pretty much at all times now. But everyone body is different so you just never know. I lost a lot of weight under my chest but they don't have bras 28/30F and of course my stomach isn't the same size so it creates a muffin top. But I wouldn't change a thing - you can't tell with your clothes on!!! Posting pics.

Kiwi you look great!!!! I know there are things to expect. I'm 34 and I don't think i can snap back like I was before I pregnant back in 2007 lol. I'm used to my stretch marks but saggy skin scared me. Especially when I read about all the skin problems that can happen because of it. Just have to get used to the idea I'm not going to be a Victoria secret model lol. Damn haha jk. I'll be healthy and that's all that matters. Thanks for posting your pictures. I think we should start another thread w before and afters. Keeps everyone motivated.

Had a breast reduction years ago. Now into a B cup from DD, but they droop with the weight loss. So here is a thought, for those of us that have that problem, just roll them up and put them in the bra cup. :D Really I'm joking, my other thought was just tuck them in your slacks. :D

Men and babies love our boobies because they are nice and soft and snuggly. Men don't care what your boobies look like. They just want to touch them. The softer, the better. Just ask your significant others. Also, my mother (whose is 85 and married to my Dad for 63 years) always taught me to enjoy your intimate time with your partner. If you keep complaining about being fat in the bedroom, that is worse. They don't see us the way we see us. Also, she taught me to enjoy the aerobics in the bedroom, because when you get older, you can't do those kind of aerobics anymore. Boy, oh boy, was Mom right!!! Always is. lol

I agree. I'm 54 so I was under no illusions about my girls. I knew they'd deflate and hang to my knees! Lol

That's why we have bras. I just roll 'em up and drop 'em in! :-)

Definitely go see a professional bra fitter because most everyone is wearing the wrong size. The right fit will make you look and feel better.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
