Man maker - a near perfect compound exercise

That's not bad at all. Definitely do a consult but I doubt you need a full TT. The mini TT has less recovery and probably cost a little less.

All on all though it's not bad. Do you wanna have surgery?

I like the premise of defined abs from a TT and get rid of this extra skin.

I do not like the idea of going through post op recovery again with regards to pain, potential complications, taking time off from work and working out.

if I keep up my cross fit training and runs, do you think this ab skin will disappear on own with time, perhaps in a year?

I'm always ready to take on the world :) just gotta become a man ;) On the plus side a few of the guys were very impressed with my 100kg deadlifts and 45kg military presses today.. They reckon they couldn't lift that weight but I think they were just been encouraging!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
