I'm still in the hospital feeling good. These gas pains are ridiculous and the meds they gave me mad me want to puke. The nauseous alone without the meds made me beg for meds. Overall it's slowly improving though. Any other October sleevers out there? Need someone to talk to

I was just sleeved on the 8th. Had to go in twice had some bleeding inside based on blood pressure dropping. After, blood pressure was fine. However I was so groggy in the hospital. Feels so much better to be home. Gas pains were horrible first 2 nights in hospital. Ugh! Walking does help.

I got sleeved on the 8th too lol. The gas pains are the worse I can't seem to get ruin of it. I can feel the gas rumbling in my stomach. I'm having trouble getting my fluids too the smell of any broth is among me nauseous. I promised myself I'll get as much of the Protein Shakes and Water down as humanly possible today. I spiked a fever last night but I seems to be gone now. It's all so hard to get use to

unjury makes a protein chicken broth which would be a clear and Isopure has clear Protein drinks. I think you have to order the Unjury online and the Isopure can be ordered online or bought at GNC. You can also buy unflavored Protein powder to add to any of your current "clears".

I can have Water, broth sf Popsicles, sf Jello also but the protein n vitamins I got from my dr office I take a multi Vitamin w/iron b-12 and Calcium been on it since being discharged from the hospital. The vitamin and protein (70g) a day is what's need to avoid Hair loss and sf jello helps with keratin in the hair... So yes please call your dr to see when they will be adding this to your diet you don't want or need your hair falling on the floor

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
