Alex had posted to me last week and said the tenth , well that didn't happen so I sent about 3 more messages as we our not able to post, upload , chat or oter things on this site I messaged him that some of us don't have the support from family and friends so some of us do turn to this site for support , encouragement and to even see about the negative and complications , or whatever the case may be and to log even our updates and progress pics , that has not happen yet , however I have seen a few pics pop up so I have NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AS IT STILL SAYS I DON'T HAVE PERMISSION .

Upgrading a site like LapBandTalk isn't a very simple process. We hit a few bumps in the road and I apologize for the delay. We're going live this Sunday or Monday.

I pay good money....oh, wait, that's right, this is a FREE service to people like me who get so much information and support -- how about a big THANK YOU to all of the people working hard behind the scenes to retool the site. We appreciate you! Miss the blogs, too, and look forward to seeing what's new. Best wishes.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
