Up your calories if you can by 100. That seems to have broken my second stall. I'm 10 weeks out today.

Increase your calories a bit. Increase your Protein and Water. I found if I eat more i loose more. Weird, but true...

This group got so quiet and lost in the sea, I ended up in the wrong one, a month up. haha I knew I had surgery in May and not April. =))

I am actually doing great. Surgery was May 7th & I'm 71 pounds down. I love that I can move more & do more things. dinner tonight is Quinoa (which I just love) with stir fry veggies & feta cheese. It's great Protein & it fills you up.

Doing ok here. Surgery May 28. Down 55 pounds. Stalled for past 3 days. Trying to up Protein, only getting about 30 grams each day, but I can't eat any more than what I am eating. Dealt with kidney infection, but better now. Potassium low so I am on meds for that, but feeling great overall. Started at a size 24 pants and just had to buy new ones in size 18. Slowly but surely getting there! How about you?

I've lost 32 lbs since surgery on May 30, for a total of 44 lbs (I lost 12 lbs before surgery ). I have trouble eating what I should. I've had a few episodes of food getting stuck (VERY unpleasant!), so I'm super cautious of quantity, texture, and timing. Sometimes I have to make a choice between drinking or eating, since I can't do both during my lunch time at work. And I'm never hungry so if I get busy I just forget to eat. I'm still trying to get all my Fluid AND my Protein in each day. I don't get both every day but I'm working on it.

Overall I'm happy with my results so far. I've gone from a tight-fitting 22 to a comfy fitting 18. My back pain is almost gone and my knees and feet don't hurt anymore. I feel like I look better so my self confidence is improved. I feel good! I hate summer - too hot - and am looking forward to enjoying the Fall this year. It's my favorite season. :-)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
