need to vent! dr's office uugghh

So I sign all of the paperwork at my doctor's office over a week ago so they can submit to my insurance and I find out that it took them 9 days to finally send it to cigna.. They told me they were going to send it in a day or 2 and then I call them when I saw it hadn't been submitted by the end of last week and they assured me it was going to be sent by Monday... So frustrating! They sent it yesterday...took them 9 days! Uugghh

    I completely understand how you feel. I've had my approval from my insurance for the surgery for 8 days and my Dr's office FINALLY called me today to come in Monday to schedule my surgery. Ugh!

    As of yesterday, It is been "11" days waiting for me. I'm getting so aggravated. I hate being at a standstill. Hate it! Good luck with yours. Hope it comes soon!!!
