Calcium

What is everyone taking for calcium? I have the tabs but are way to chalky and the crystals are hard to get it all in? Any suggestions?

GNC well-being chocolate brownie chewables. 3 times a day. They taste great!

Are they high in calories or expensive? They sound tons better than the chalk lol :) thank you

11.99 or 9.59 with a GNC goldcard. Plus at the beginning of every month bogo half price. Can't get the price for the bariatric advantage one on my phone to compare. The taste is night and day.

that's what I use from GNC I also got my papaya enzymes there bogo they are 19.95.

I buy the vita chews.. I take one in the morning and one at night. Carmel tasting

Calcete--they are like a little piece of fudge! 3x day--order online at Nashua Nutrition--this is a great website!

I take calrate chews from walmart. The vanilla one. They are 600 plus vit d per chew.......Yummy!!!!!!!!!!

Citracal gummies and chewable calcium from vit shoppe. Also wellese liquid. I change it up by rotating all 3

My surgeon days no gummies... Either chewable or liquid

Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

It's so weird. Mine ok'd gummies.

Currently using Opurity chewables from Unjury but not real crazy about them. It's been hard to find a chewable or liquid calcium citrate locally. Everything is calcium carbonate or triphosphate & those don't absorb as well & end up being a waste of money vs health benefit.
