  1. Thank you! My surgery was on the DL so i dont get to tell people when i meet my goals.
  2. At the end of this month its one year since my surgery. My goal for my one yr was to have lost 100 lbs, i am currently 104 pds down! [ATTACH]5446[/ATTACH]

So i was trying to think of something i could mix with my tuna to get the protien but i didnt want to put it on bread or crackers cause i didnt want to eat the carbs and it just doesnt taste good by itself so heres what i came up with 1serving of tuna (about 2 oz) 1wedge of laughing cow cheese garlic and herb 12g of protien 2.5g of fat 85 calories Tastes good so i can eat it without putting on anything, just thought id share!

  8. Thanks, ive been very careful the past few weeks with no problems but im only like a month and a half out so it worried me that i can eat more.

  10. I can eat more now than i could right after surgery, is that normal that quick? Can anyone else notice they can take in a little more?
  11. Mine was on fri the 30th of nov and we were back to doin our thing the next friday and i did t ha e any problems.
  12. Ya i felt really dumb about it, i guess its easy to get distracted when theres alot of other people around

  14. My mom had the bypass 6 years ago and drinks diet everyday, and she cant eat very much so im not sure i believe that it stretches

  16. I feel like i could kill for a soda, im dying to get one and just chug it bit i know i cant. that was one of my weaknesses before surgery and im going crazy! How do i get past this?
  17. I had a little of no sugar added ice cream and i didnt have a problem, tasted pretty good too!

  20. 5 days post op and gained a little over 7 pounds from surgery. I have been anxiously waiting to the scale to go down lower than the day i went in for surgery and this morning it is 3.3 lbs lower!! My first official loss!
