found new high protien lunch!

So i was trying to think of something i could mix with my tuna to get the protien but i didnt want to put it on bread or crackers cause i didnt want to eat the carbs and it just doesnt taste good by itself so heres what i came up with

1serving of tuna (about 2 oz)

1wedge of laughing cow cheese garlic and herb

12g of protien

2.5g of fat

85 calories

Tastes good so i can eat it without putting on anything, just thought id share!

Good Idea!

You could also take that tuna and spead it on small bites of cheese...just weigh your cheese so you know the calories.
