That much sugar would make me dump. You are so lucky.

Im sorry. I usually have not had any problems at all with dumping. But last night i was eating a Jello pudding cup sugar free and after the 2nd bite i just knew i was going to throw up. Not sure why. But my mouth started to get all watery my chest started hurting the pain in my upper abdomen started quivering and owwww i was hurting lasted about 10 mins never threw up. I think it was cuz i was full. But it had been almost 2 hours since i had dinner.< /p>

I track everything in mfp... Honestly all I focus on is hitting 75-85g of Protein a day... I don't even pay attention to calories and fat... I do know I usually am in the 600-700 cal a day range... Surgery 12-10-12... Down 112lbs so far... I must be doing something right

Awesome job!!!

I have no clue and it might not have been dumping. I have horrible Constipation due to lack of fluids. So the only thing I did different was besides my 2-3 times a week Miralax I took 3 days ago 2 dulcalax.

I still have UTI. Onto a new prescription. Also I'm dehydrated. Not a good day. :(

DOS 12/17/12 :)

Sorry to hear that Nicole. I hope new Rx works for you.

I had some blood work to check something's mainly my kidney functioning since my hospitalization. All was normal but potassium was a little low. Dr told me to start eating a banana a day, lol. Next Thursday I go back in so that for a redraw cuz I think my electrolytes were in normal area but low. The Nurse said he wanted to recheck my electrolytes and potassium. So good news from Dr office today, I guess you can say that. Nothing major anyways :-)

My husband ordered himself a pizza for dinner tonight. Part of me is annoyed, because I feel like it's kind of rude to order a pizza and eat it in front of me, but on the other hand, he shouldn't have to give up his favorite foods just because I made this lifestyle change. He's one of the lucky ones, blessed with being naturally thin. Jerk. :P

Oh sorry you are still dealing with that. Hope you get in your Water and new meds will work.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
