This is the correct November 2012 group in the other november group name was spelt wrong in error so i created another with proper spelling of the groups name.

Welcome November members post op graduated group formed from November dates. This group is for members who have now had their surgery and in recovery and beyond. Just like our other group support is offered in a non judgemental group . Nothing is off limits rules are be respectful to each other and respect each others views as they may be different from your own. Support laugh compliment be straight forward and honest. I'm hungry. Post op 4 days. Liquids is hard as hell to stick too. I just want a big fat juicy hamburger!

Wow, tell me about it. All i do is think about the food i can't have. Obsessing is more like it! That first week was torture! I'm in second week now.

Just got back from DR appointment. I have graduated to puréed food!! Who hoo! Any known favorites, please shoot my way.

My doctor appointment today went really well! Everything is healing very well. Doctor said that I should be able to start soft food in about a week and a half or so. Just slowly move into it. Just in time to go back to work on Monday!

I took from nov 1st to nov 25th. I got back on the 26th.

My surgery was Nov 7 and i was back in work yesterday. Really glad to be back in work, needed the distraction from the head hunger!!!

I had mine Monday and Planning on going back 12/10.

I want to be out for 4 weeks while I'm on the puréed diet.

My doc said He recommends 4 weeks but most people want to go back sooner. My surgery is 11/27 so if I take 4 weeks, I will be out through Christmas. I'm gonna take him up on that so I will be on soft foods when I go back. Job is very stressful anyway so won't miss that at all

Honestly I am 2 weeks out this past Tuesday and u am ready to return to work starting next week

Ok so this may be way to much i am 3 days post OP and I have major gurgling going on in side I feels like maybe it is my intestines has anyone ealse had this

I get the same thing! Don't know what it is, it's almost like my "old" stomach is having major hunger pains minus the hunger. Weird.
