So I got the form but it talks about ill or needy? And then it talks about the IRS. I am totally confused.

I'm going to print this and bring it to my pre-op appointment next week. I've already ordered from Bariatric Advantage and found the Wild Cherry Calcium Citrate chewables w/ Vit D are terrible. Unfortunately, I bought a 90 day supply...I'm just waiting until they are gone. The other things I ordered from there aren't so bad. Thanks for the info!

I didn't like these initially either. What I did was cut them into four. So I didn't have to try and chew that big Vitamin. Worked much better... My surgeon stated I could buy all my Vitamins at Walmart but strongly suggested Bariatric Advantage for Calcium. I have also noted a lot of people referring to taking gummy vitamins and according to my surgeon these are a no no...

Nienie!

So with this said we are able to swallow the chewable vitamins? Because I can't stand the flavor and consistency. I take Flinstones chewables. Also the calcium pill are extremely large and it's painful to swallow can we cut those too? :)

The calcium I cut up and chewed and drank Water with. I initially hated them but made them habit. I don't know if any of them are that great. Just an idea.

I forgot about the calcium chews. We tasted all of them at our seminar and they were good. Only downfall is instead of taking Calcium two times a day you would have to take three times a day and trying to spread them out between multi Vitamin might get tough-but would be good calcium to take..

I think you are supposed to take both the chewy and the chewable 3 x a day.....I do not always get all my bits in though.

Our doctor recommends 6x a day for chewy , wow big difference in amounts in food and Vitamins, it's amazing each doctor and nutritionist require different things , I wish it was 3 ,too many pills not enough real food ,I'm 43 days post op and still on liquids :'(

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
