Kraft has a sandwich spread that is like 30 calories and has the relish in it already. I think I will use that

Good idea I haven't even been to grocery store yet my head hunger is insane trying to stay away but if I get cleared to next stage I'm going to have to go

so your just pure clear liquids?? I was going to ask how much you eat in a day. I know I am not eating much but I feel guilty after eating. like today I had 3 ounces of cottage cheese and a whole can if broccoli and cheese soup made with 1% milk

Yep strictly clear in so ready to have done variety broth is going to never be served in my house again lol

I agree there, ugh broth can't stand to smell it

My surgery was 10/9. Everything has healed up wonderfully. I still have pain on my left side but my doctor said that would be normal. I just can't seem to get enough water and proteins in. Physically I'm good after surgery but mentally I wish I'd never had this done. I cry several times a day and feel very alone even though I have a wonderful husband supporting me. Food was my go to when I was sad and stressed. Now I just don't know what to do. It's like I have no motivation and all I want to do us stay in the house and never come back out. What do I do??

I try to replace food with exercise when I get head hungry I start walking.

Surgery date was 10/29. Down 21 lbs. Feeling pretty good. Can't wait until week #3 so I can eat tuna with mayo! Right now just pushing the water, can have a teaspoon of unsweetened applesauce, a teaspoon of mashed potatoes, or yogurt.

how?? I can barely get 25 ounces of fluid in and 15 if protein. at least I can get my vitamins in. surgery was 10/29

Are you timing yourself? I drink 2 oz every 15 mins--I start at 8:30 and finish around 9:30 or do. I literally walk around ALL day w a kitchen tuner to keep me on track. Have you tried Ensure High Protein? Also Natures Best Smoothie is good too

SD: 10/10/12, Converted from Lapband to RNY, HW (before band) 263, HW (RNY) 230, Preop 219, after surgery 223, current 204

So bummed...have not lost any weight in almost a week...and...I've been really hungry this week. The protein is what I always eat first and it's just not holding me! I also haven't felt as great and been short fused--I was 3 weeks out yesterday--hoping things get better--I'm not doing all this to loose a pound a week!

I see where most post op patients have a stall around week 3 and 4. it will pick back up

For those of us with October dates' date=' when was your surgery and what have you lost to date?

10/15

33lbs lost![/quote']

DOS 10/30/12

Weight loss: 23lbs
