I am the same way. I am a medical assistant and am on my feet most of the day too. And I agree last thing I want to do is walk some more. But I look at it this way, try exercise three times a week after work instead of everyday. Even sit ups and lunges can help.

Try exercising before work. It will surprisingly make you feel better throughout the work day! I'm a nurse too and can't do much are a long shift on my feet.

hello ladies.im in the medical field as well everyday i say im excercising and im just beat.i need some motivation!!!!! any suggestions??

Thankfully I only work 3 days a week if I don't work extra so on my days off I will work out, I figure being on my feet for 12 hours is workout enough.
