Pre-Op Diet Starts Tomorrow!

Tomorrow I start my pre-op diet! I will be on optifast for 2 weeks. At least I'm allowed to have 3 sugar free jello's and 3 sugar free popsicles a day. Then my surgery on October 9th!!

You'll do great! So strange how different everyone's requirements are...I never had to do a liquid preop diet...just two weeks after surgery.

Yesterday was the first day and it was really tough. I feel a lot better today. On a good note, I lost 8lbs yesterday!!

3 months out and I have not had a single posicle...what am I waiting on?? Do you count it towards your liquids and how many ozs do you count it as?
