Awww I am sorry! I have had my share of people (strangers usually) that have made similar comments since I carry so much of my wieght in my stomach. it hurts and is embarrasing for everyone, but how stupid of people to assume. Yay you are not going to have to deal with this again!

Heard that ALL the time! I carried all my weight in my mid section, I also used to buy plus size maternity cuz it fit better. One day my nephew came up and asked if I was pregnant, I responded No, he said "oh, my mom says you look like you are!" That same sister in law went shopping with me the other day when I had to track down a size 8 jean at one of their other stores! She has always been a petite size 5 -5'2" and cannot and will not ever understand!

Same here. I have been overweight most of my life. I just had my surgery on July 30, 2012. I am so happy that pretty soon people will not be asking me if I'm pregnant. Just ignore those people and move along. Think about what we will look like in a year from our surgery. We will no longer be asked if we are pregnant. Hurray!

I went to pick something up at a store once and a guy ran over and said here let me get it for you you should not be lifting thing when your pregnant you could hurt the baby. He was trying to be sweet but I could have died my youngest was 8

I'm so sorry this happen. It happen to me also. I just said oh no I love eating & this belly means I'm happy. That was the end if that. I have also said. Why? Your gonna support it? After rny I have 50% less stomach no more stupid questions.
