its been 3 1/2 months since surgery and i have lost 56lbs and im now 199! finally into the 100s. I hope to never see the 200s again! it feels amazing! with the lapband it took me a year to loose that much. feels so good to reach my first goal in such a short time! this is the best thing i ever did :)

So i have been in onederland for a few weeks but i wasnt going to say anything until today.... in jeans, boots and a T-shirt got on the scale and 198.1. I think being able to be in heavy clothing and heavy boots and it still says i am in onderland makes it better. Well at least to me :)
